Shear Sharpening
Bevel grind shears - We precision grind these shears on equipment that has been proven over forty years ago. We reset blades, finish tips and precision adjustment the closed alignment of shears. We also replace silencers when needed.

Convex grind shears - We precision hand hone these shears to the precise angle for the concave grind of the shear. Blades are reset, tips finished and aligned. We also replace silencer when needed.

Blending & thinning shears - We precision sharpen the cutting blade and hone the tooth blade. We align the blades and replace silencer if needed.
Blade Sharpening
Detachable blades - We disassemble and clean of all hair and oil. These blades are precision sharpened on special hollow ground honeing plate. We assemble, align, oil and adjust blade tension.

Two-piece blades - We clean off all hair and oil. These blades are sharpened on flat honing plate and pre-oiled.
Clipper Repair
Motor driven clippers - These clippers are completely dissasembled, thoroughly cleaned. Armature communtators are cleaned and finished to get the most wear out of brushees. Clippers are then repaired, assembled, greased,oiled and adjusted. They are then thoroughly tested.

Vibrator type clippers - These clippers are dissasembled, cleaned of all hair and oil. They are repaired, assembled, adjusted, blade sharpened and thoroughly tested.
